Whiskey business

- An 8 spirit selection of Whiskey, Scotch, Tequila, or Gin tasting and tour (learn locations, blends, tasting notes, food pairings, and some tipsy history of the spirit).
- All attendees must provide proof of age

- An 8 vintage selection of Italian, French, or Local Washington wine tasting and tour (learn locations, blends, tasting notes, food pairings, and some tipsy history of the spirit).
- All attendees must provide proof of age.

- All attendees must provide proof of age
Mixology 201

- On-site setup, teardown, and 2 hours on-site
- Permitting fee
- We work with the host to create a custom cocktail
- We work one-on-one or in groups and learn the tools of the trade, including ratio specifications, portions, and garnishes. We then create our cocktail and work on variations live on site.
